RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Staff emergency access telephone lines in our Lebanon, NH operations center to respond to patient health events and other emergencies
  • Manage and coordinate logistics for field rescues from remote locations and patient transfers to/from hospitals (includes air, ground, sea, etc.)
  • Follow, maintain and improve protocol, process and quality standards for patient response and transport
  • Execute assigned operational and non-operational general office tasks with diligence and precision
  • Deploy domestically and internationally in support of ongoing operations

Requirements

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Nationally Registered or New Hampshire Paramedic
  • College degree preferable
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
  • Must be well-spoken and well-written
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours
  • Highly energetic and motivated to succeed
  • Mission focused orientation, interest in “doing whatever it takes” to help those in need
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills
