We are seeking an experienced sales executive to expand our reach and continue our mission of being a full-service billing company.

  • Sell Company products and services to customers and prospects. Establish and maintain relationships with fire departments and their leadership, private ambulance companies, existing customer base and new customer prospects
  • Create sales goals and quotas and track progress against them. Maintain sales forecasting tools to track leads through the sales process. Generate and participate in initiatives to ensure that sales are profitable for the company
  • Build and maintain a sales force by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees and contractors. Determine commission structure; negotiate terms with sales staff. Maintain staff sales results by counseling and disciplining, planning, monitoring and appraising performance against sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans and forecasts, including identification of emerging markets
  • Develop advertising and promotional materials. Represent the Company at trade events
  • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand
  • Understand competitors who sell against the Company, including who they are, their strengths and weaknesses, and how the Company can position itself against them
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
  • As a member of the Management Team, work with other executives and the CEO on strategic and tactical projects designed to grow the Company
  • Participate and/or manage special projects as needed


  • Established relationships with fire agencies nationwide
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals and drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong skills in self-motivation, employee management and coaching
  • Excellent people skills
  • Strong business sense, with ability to forecast major shifts in the market
  • Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills and 
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position products against competitors
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Strong computer fluency, including strong familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and CRM management tools

Education and Experience

  • 10+ years experience management of a national sales organization, preferably in the medical billing field,as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
